Request a late check-out

In case you’d like to request a late check-out, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to My Bookings > My Stay 
  2. Choose your reservation number and touch Request a late-check out
  3. Choose the time you want then touch Confirm

There are 2 ways to select your time. You can either choose time ( choose your hour first then minute) on the clock diagram

or directly text your hour and minute on boxes by touching keyboard icon zda2.png

Then our staff will receive your request, check our room condition and give you a feedback within 24 hours.
